Chime’s family support team will provide parents and families with practical information and the emotional support they need to make informed decisions throughout your child’s development, from first diagnosis of hearing loss or deafness to navigating school and college.
Chimes new Children and Family Support service will have a person centred ethos with one to one support facilitated by the Family Support Workers. Family and Person Centred Plans will be the mechanism by which the service will be facilitated.
