Ballyhoura Development are seeking interest in a free digital skills training course from the tourism and hospitality sectors. Feedback from many small to medium size businesses, and indeed festival groups and tourism community groups, is that the pace at which the sector has to keep up to new IT systems and social media platforms is a quick one.
This free course aims to support people in the industry that may be feeling a little left behind in the world of Instagram, Twitter, portals for trade log etc.
The course also includes a review of digital footprint and websites that businesses are currently featured on, supporting participants to identify those areas that may need to be updated, amended or featured.
