This interactive session blends storytelling and history with a practical demonstration of how to craft the perfect Irish Coffee, following the traditional recipe that made it world-renowned.

Led by WSET-trained staff, guests will learn about the key ingredients, techniques, and secrets behind achieving the perfect balance of whiskey, coffee, sugar, and cream. Each participant will then enjoy their very own expertly crafted Irish Coffee, made fresh during the session. This experience offers a warm, authentic taste of Irish hospitality, perfect for visitors looking to connect with a true Irish tradition in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere at Mother Macs Public House.
