Association Conferences

We can help you create the fantastic bid documents and presentations you need to bring your MICE activities to Ireland. Additionally, Meet in Ireland will provide financial support available to reduce costs incurred as part of the bidding process itself.
Often, site inspections are the key to a successful bid; in partnership with Ireland’s Regional Convention Bureaux (RCBs), Meet in Ireland can support the costs of travel and accommodation for up to three key decision-makers visiting Ireland for a future MICE event.
Once your conference is confirmed for Ireland, Meet in Ireland offer marketing funding to help you to promote your programme and to attract even more international delegates. This support can be used to fund a ‘wow event’ — one that will make your programme even more attractive to potential delegates.
