N69 Court Cross Road Improvement Scheme

The proposed scheme consists of small-scale roadworks; widening the existing N69 carriageway to the south of the existing carriageway to provide a right turn lane at the N69/L8039 Court Cross junction.

Limerick City and County Council has undertaken Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screenings Stage 1 Assessment and has made Appropriate Assessment Screening Determinations in accordance with the EU's Habitats Directive Article 6(3) and The Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) in respect of advance groundworks investigation works and also for the proposed road scheme works.
