The Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028 was adopted by the Elected Members of Limerick City and County Council at a Special Meeting on 17th June 2022 and came into effect on 29th July 2022. The documents below formed part of the preparation of the Development Plan and are for information purposes only.
The publication of these documents was the first step in the making of the proposed Limerick Development Plan. The consultation documents presented an overview of the main planning and development issues in Limerick and sought to encourage public debate on what broad issues should be considered in the new Plan.
