The Croom Local Area Plan is a legal document and is a public statement of planning policies. It is valid for six years from the date of adoption by the Council.
Notice of Extension of the Duration of the Croom Local Area Plan 2020 – 2026
Notice is hereby given that subsequent to a resolution under Section 19 (1) (d) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (As Amended) Limerick City and County Council at their meeting of the Adare-Rathkeale Municipal District held on the 10th December 2024, extended the duration of the Croom Local Area Plan 2020– 2026 for a further four years.
