Limerick City and County Council in partnership with DC Manor Ltd present Phase 2 of the Woodfield Manor affordable housing scheme, a superb new development of 21 homes available for private purchase.
Prices start from €250,000 for a three-bedroom mid-terrace house, from €255,000 for a three-bedroom end-terrace house, and from €260,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached house.
The affordable home purchase scheme is generally aimed at first-time buyers and fresh start applicants and helps people on moderate incomes to buy new homes at reduced prices. Through this scheme, Limerick City and County Council will take a percentage equity share (share of the ownership) in the home.
Potential applicants looking to buy a home in Woodfield Manor are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the eligibility criteria and the application process.

DC Manor Ltd. owner, Denis Corbett, commented:
“As a local firm based in Newcastle West, we are delighted to be launching Phase 2 of this scheme following the successful launch of Phase 1 in October of last year. We see first-hand the need for homes in the area and we are delighted to be providing affordable homes for families who need them.”
